Where are Valentus products made?

Valentus Prevail Products are formulated in the USA. They are also shipped from the USA.

Where does Valentus Ship to?

Valentus is available to all countries (except North Korea & China)!  Shipping fees and taxes will vary depending on your location.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process however here are some estimated numbers based on recent shipping costs. All prices are in US dollars:

How do I check the shipping status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account at Valentus. Here’s how:

  1. Go to www.MyValentus.com/login
  2. Enter the username and password you created when you placed your order into the “Member Login” area
  3. Once logged in, click the “Order History” menu on the left
  4. You should see a list of all past orders. Click on the “Track” link to see the status of the order

If I live in Canada do I have to pay duty?

Nope!  Because the product is first shipped to our Canadian location (either in Alberta or Ontario), it is then sent out via Canada Post and you do not have to pay duty. Provincial Taxes apply.

Do I need to be on the "Loyalty Purchase Program"?

No. We do, however, encourage it because it means you don’t risk running out.  There is no contract and you can cancel your loyalty purchase at any time.  If you are on a loyalty purchase, you can change your selection and order date at any time.

How do I prepare my SlimROAST Coffee?

It’s so easy and you have options!  For a hot cup of coffee, boil your water and remove from heat.  Add the hot water and the SlimROAST packet contents to your favourite mug.  Stir and enjoy!  Some people like to add a milk of their choice.  For cold-brew lovers, mix SlimROAST with cold water and ice. If you like your coffee creamier, add a milk of your choice!

How do I prepare my Valentus Energy, Trim, and Immune Boost?

Simply add the packet to a cup of water and mix! Feel free to add ice, or even blend with ice for a fruity slushy experience!

Are there any health warnings or concerns about SlimROAST Coffee?

The majority of customers do not experience any negative effects with the SlimROAST coffee product. That said however, there are times or circumstances when the product may not be right for you. Here is the warning that is included on each box of SlimROAST coffee:

Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. May contain pollen, which can cause reactions in some people. If rash or other symptoms appear, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if you are at risk or being treated for high blood pressure, kidney, thyroid, heart or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder or stroke. Individuals who consume caffeine with this product may experience adverse effects. Seek professional assistance in case of accidental overdose or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Consult with your healthcare professional prior to use if you have a medical condition or are taking medication. If sleeplessness occurs discontinue afternoon dose.

Why does my SlimRoast look and taste different than it used to?

Based on customer feedback our SlimRoast formulation has been updated. It now contains even more all natural ingredients designed to help suppress appetite, help block sugar and fat absorption and has an all new amazing taste. It also now dissolves much better in hot or cold water.

What time of day should I take each Valentus Prevail product?

Everyone’s lives and work schedules are different, but we’ll share with you our own personal daily Valentus schedule!

Do I need to start a new exercise routine or diet with my Valentus?

No. The beauty of Valentus Prevail products is that you can add them into your current daily life and enjoy their benefits!  Daily exercise is always a good idea and we advocate healthy living in all aspects of life.  Speak with your healthcare professional about what types of exercise is most appropriate for you.

Are Valentus Prevail products Gluten-Free? GMO-Free?

Absolutely!  All Valentus Prevail products are free of gluten, GMO, pesticides, and chemicals! Another reason SlimROAST is considered the healthiest coffee in the world!

Is my Credit Card information secure?

Yes. When you order, you are entering your credit card information directly into to the Valentus Corporate secure website. It is 100% secure & safe.

How many packets come in a box and why?

There are 24 packets in each box of any of the Valentus Prevail products.  It is recommended each week that you only need to drink them 6 days a week.  6 days a week x 1 month = 24 packets.  So, one box is enough for one month unless you decide to take them every day, which some Valentus fans choose to do. Are these products approved by either health Canada or the FDA?
